No! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and you can adjust the resistance to match your comfort and progress at your own pace.

Wear moisture-wicking workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and wear cycling shoes (or sneakers if using toe cages). We provide towels and bikes.

 

For optimal results, aim for 3–5 classes per week, combining cycling with strength training and recovery sessions for a balanced fitness routine.
